Grace Caitlin - Transcendent Relationships
Taking the Tools is like stepping through a doorway that leads you to a new realm of possibility for personal and relationship harmony.

Relationships aren’t necessarily hard work; it’s just that very few of us were taught the skills to apply to relationships. Subsequently we picked up lots of unconscious and unsuccessful ways to communicate and interact that were far from effective and yet today we are still trying to function with these outmoded strategies in our organizations, families and intimate relationships. In the training you will be given a treasure trove of practical tools that can be incorporated into your daily life that will literally transform the way you relate with yourself and others.

The Tools for Business

To take your organization from good to great may require new skills and someone who can guide you to a new paradigm of possibility, an environment that ignites creative thinking.

In the Tools trainings we focus on the key skills of candor, emotional intelligence and communication. The byproduct of clear, transparent, communication is trust. When you share a framework of language and high quality interaction skills, true teamwork emerges. Potent and innovative discussions take place. With guidance and a few simple tools, teams can move from conflict and blame to understanding each other’s perspectives. As trust builds on the individual and team level, a strengthening of relationships occurs and people work together to overcome challenges. When everyone speaks candidly and addresses issues as they arise, all the time and energy previously spent in lingering conflict can be captured and teams emerge committed and aligned.
When leaders invest in their team's interaction it lays a foundation that opens creativity and innovation, key factors in their company going from ordinary to extraordinary.

Follow this training with ongoing coaching to foster an environment of candid communication to support and integrate your team’s changes.

Structure

In the 2-day Tools training we will focus on the key skills of candor, integrity, emotional intelligence, and authentic, crucial conversations. We will explore how to work outside the triangle of victim, villain and hero. And how to raise the bar of your individual or collective ‘upper limits.’

Designed as a learning forum, concepts will be introduced and then experienced through exercises and demonstrations. Attention is given to questions and interactions as we learn from each other's reflections.

This training can be followed up with ongoing coaching to support and integrate the changes.

Each person starts at a different level of skill with relationships. This quick self-asessment will help you see what relationship skills covered in The Tools training you already possess.
